    Effective Date: October 17, 2026

    Last Updated: October 17, 2026

    1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, services, and content marketing solutions provided by Content Into Revenue ("CIR," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Matt Johnson. By accessing our website at https://contentintorevenue.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

    2. Description of Services

CIR provides AI-assisted content marketing services, including content research, strategy development, creation, production, quality review, publishing coordination, and performance analysis across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Specific deliverables, platforms, and service scope are defined in the applicable Service Agreement between you and CIR.

    3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and authorized information when engaging our services, including business details, brand guidelines, media assets, and platform account authorizations.

You retain responsibility for reviewing and approving all content before it is published. CIR does not publish content without your final approval unless a separate written arrangement specifies otherwise.

You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you provide do not infringe on the rights of third parties and that you hold the necessary rights and permissions to authorize CIR to use them.

    4. Content Ownership and License

Upon full payment of applicable fees, content created specifically for you under the Service Agreement is assigned to you, subject to any third-party intellectual property restrictions embedded in stock media, templates, or licensed tools used in production.

You grant CIR a limited license to use your business name, branding, and approved materials solely for the purpose of providing and improving the services during the engagement.

    5. AI-Assisted Content

CIR uses artificial intelligence and automation technologies to assist in content creation and production. While CIR incorporates human review and quality controls, you acknowledge that AI-assisted outputs may contain inaccuracies or limitations.

You are responsible for final review and approval of all content before publication. CIR does not represent that all AI-assisted outputs have been independently fact-checked unless that verification has been expressly requested and performed.

    6. Fees and Payment

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are specified in the applicable Service Agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable once a service period has commenced.

Late payments may result in suspension of services. You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the services.

    7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship in accordance with the terms of the applicable Service Agreement. Upon termination, CIR will wind down active workflows and deliver any completed, approved work owed under the agreement.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including those regarding payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability, will remain in effect.

    8. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CIR does not guarantee specific business outcomes, audience growth, sales, or revenue results from content marketing efforts.

CIR is not responsible for changes to third-party platform policies, algorithms, or terms that may affect content performance or publishing functionality.

    9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CIR's total liability arising from or related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

In no event will CIR be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.

    10. Govering Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in San Diego County, California.

    11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on our website with its effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by the applicable agreement or law.
